Making Bread (6): Banana Bun

Steps
- Mix yeast into room temperature milk, activate for 10 minutes
- Mash the banana
- Slowly mix the flour with the banana puree, and mix the yeast mixture gradually
- Mix the dough evenly until it's slightly sticky
- Add the soften butter to the dough and mix it until the butter is fully absorbed
- Let the dough rise in a greezed bowl for roughly 1 hour
- Flatten the dough to deflate
- Divide the dough into 9 pieces, flatten and deflate again
- Shape them and put them into the baking pan. Proof for 40 to 45 minutes
- Brush a thin layer of milk, bake for 20 minutes in 180C
- Brush a thin layer of melted butter
